1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ct88," "we," "us," "our" refers to the ct88 platform and the internationally licensed gaming operator that owns and operates it.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any ct88 service.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on the ct88 platform.

• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value, cashback, or other non-cash incentive credited to a user's account under a ct88 promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity and document verification process conducted by ct88 before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of ct88 Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

3. Account Registration

To access real-money ct88 Services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions govern the account registration process:

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one ct88 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered in the same name, under different names but sharing the same device, IP address, payment method, or residential address — are strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ct88 username and password. 3.4 KYC Verification

ct88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other equivalent identification — at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by ct88 may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ct88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, all transacted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) bank transfer

4.2 Deposit Conditions

Deposits are credited to your ct88 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are published on the ct88 Cashier page and are subject to change. ct88 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by ct88 support.
• Any active Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before the relevant funds become withdrawable.

4.4 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on ct88 are denominated in PKR. ct88 does not accept or process transactions in any other currency.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by ct88 are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your account are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Until Wagering Requirements are fully met, Bonus Funds will not be available for withdrawal. Wagering must be completed within the timeframe specified on the promotion — expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ct88 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. The following activities are classified as bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Coordinating with other users to exploit promotional terms.
• Using automated software or betting algorithms in connection with promotional play.

5.4 ct88 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

ct88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a user's account at the time of the change, provided the applicable Wagering Requirements are met within the original timeframe.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ct88 platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the relevant game or betting market page.

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the ct88 system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the user, except where ct88 expressly provides a cash-out or bet edit feature for that specific market.

6.2 Errors and System Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error in posted odds, game outcomes, or system functionality — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, software errors, or data feed failures — ct88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to users' accounts. ct88 is not liable for any losses or claimed profits arising from system errors.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on ct88. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and are subject to change at ct88's discretion, including on a per-user basis where ct88 has reasonable grounds to impose individual limits.

6.4 Cricket and Sports Betting

All cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures, Pakistan national team matches, and international tournaments — are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the ct88 Sportsbook section. In the event that a match is abandoned, postponed, or affected by exceptional circumstances, ct88 will apply the rules stated in the relevant market terms, which may include voiding bets and returning stakes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ct88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Dishonesty: Any attempt to defraud ct88 or other users, including the use of stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or chargeback fraud.
• Money Laundering: Using the ct88 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. ct88 actively monitors transactions for suspicious patterns and will report to relevant authorities where legally required.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploitation of Vulnerabilities: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, RNG errors, or pricing anomalies to generate artificial profit.
• Underage Use: Allowing or assisting a person under the age of 21 to access or use your ct88 account.
• Account Sharing: Sharing, selling, transferring, or otherwise allowing a third party to use your ct88 account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ct88 platform — including but not limited to the ct88 brand name, logo, game designs, graphics, text, software, user interface elements, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of ct88 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ct88 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ct88 content without prior written consent from ct88.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ct88 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of ct88 Services.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature whatsoever.

ct88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ct88 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data

ct88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the ct88 Privacy Policy.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by ct88

ct88 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any user account at any time and without prior notice where ct88 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account has been used in violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or suspicious activity has occurred in connection with the account.
• The account holder is under the minimum age of 21.
• KYC documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe.
• A self-exclusion order applies to the account holder.

12.2 Closure by User

You may close your ct88 account at any time by contacting the ct88 support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method after KYC verification, net of any outstanding Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds.

12.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by ct88 — your licence to use the ct88 platform is immediately revoked. You must cease using ct88 Services and must not attempt to re-register without ct88's express written consent, particularly where closure resulted from a self-exclusion request or a breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14. Amendments to These Terms

ct88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ct88 will provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the ct88 platform, at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of ct88 Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using ct88 Services and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.
